Once the storage room is yours, you’ll need to make payment and collect the goods. Methods of payment vary, but it’s always included in the listing before you bid. Once that’s all settled, you’ll need to collect your items.

So, you’ve found an online storage auction you want to win. And you’re ready to start bidding on it. But before you do, you’ll need to get registered with us by creating an account here.

Most companies will only accept payment by pin-verified card, and cash is not accepted. 

If you win a storage auction but fail to pay, your account will be blocked, and you will not be able to participate in future auctions.

While there are no hidden buyer’s fees to pay, you’re required to pay a security deposit. If you’re unable to clear the entire storage room or leave anything behind, this will be forfeited. All security deposits are clearly stated in each listing, letting you bid accurately and assuredly with full costs in mind.
